We are delighted to be able to confirm that His Majesty’s Ambassador to Spain, Sir Alex Ellis, will host the BritishSpanish Society Autumn Reception in the gardens of the Ambassador’s residence in Madrid on the evening of 15 September.

We ask you to mark the date firmly in your diaries and sincerely hope that you will be able to join us for this much anticipated event.

Please note that this is an invitation-only event, exclusive to BritishSpanish Society members, and non-transferable.

We very much look forward to welcoming you to one of our most emblematic evenings of the year in Madrid.

All those intending to attend are warmly encouraged to make a voluntary donation of 50€.

This contribution, while optional, is key to help cover event costs and, more importantly, to secure our charitable mission. In 2027, we are determined to expand our Scholarship Programme, aiming to support even more exceptional British and Spanish postgraduates.
