Friday, 2nd February - Sunday, 4th FebruaryOnce in a life time trip to Sevilla for Murillo’s 400 Anniversary
Exclusive Visit to Private Palaces and the Exhibition of Murillo’s 400 Anniversary.
This February escape London’s freezing winter and immerse yourself in Seville’s greatest culture and history with the BritishSpanish Society.
In the 16th century, Seville was the most important city in Europe. To its port came the riches from the New World, which were then distributed throughout the continent. The best Renaissance was combined with Gothic and Mudéjar Style in a harmony unique in the world. We will visit the exhibition to honour the 400 Anniversary of Murillo together with the Palaces and manor houses, memories of the glorious past of the Seville, still today in private hands and most of them not open to the public. A great opportunity to visit Seville in private splendour.
